Assessment & Consulting
Discovery and analysis of identity management and access policies. Provide improvement recommendation report with success criteria, key milestones and project timeline. Provide technical architecture and design expertise.
Implementation & Project Management
Installation and configuration of trial pilot, collection and process feedback, quality assurance (testing) and deployment. Coordination of development and development if appropriate
Training
Full knowledge transfer and administrator/ user training
Maintenance & Support
Deliver Basic or Premium maintenance and support packages depending on customer needs
