The identyPASS service and delivery team provides assessment, consulting, technical and project management experience to ensure the successful implementation and support of our identity and access management products and solutions.

We provide services in the form of the following roles and functions: 		 
 
Assessment & Consulting
Discovery and analysis of identity management and access policies. Provide improvement recommendation report with success criteria, key milestones and project timeline. Provide technical architecture and design expertise.
Implementation & Project Management
Installation and configuration of trial pilot, collection and process feedback, quality assurance (testing) and deployment. Coordination of development and development if appropriate
Training
Full knowledge transfer and administrator/ user training
Maintenance & Support
Deliver Basic or Premium maintenance and support packages depending on customer needs
